Important Notes About Online Scheduling:
We do our best to accomodate every appointment request, however sometimes an appointment may have already been booked even if it appears online. Please wait for our confirmation before scheduling it on your calendar to ensure a firm appointment.
We love same-day appointment requests! We encourage you to always call for same-day appointments, even if you find availability online. This ensures the slot has not been previously booked.
Confirmations of your appointment are automatically sent via email to the address you've provided. Sometimes this email falls into bulk folders, however the appointment still gets set regardless on whether you receive confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, it is still your responsibility to follow up about your appointment request otherwise you may be subject to cancellation fees.

Our boutique healing studio is located in The Union Street Integrative Health Suite at 1863 Union Street, San Francisco (between Laguna & Octavia)
2hour street & metered parking available. Garage locations on Union at Laguna and Union at Buchanan
New Clients:
All New Clients are requested to arrive at least 10minutes early before your appt time to complete New Client paperwork. Not doing so may affect your actual session time.
Payment Policy:
Credit cards are happily accepted as a pre-pay online only and not in the office. Checks and cash are the payment methods accepted in office.
Promotions:
If you are using a recent promotion, please let us know so we may note it before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy & Late Arrivals:
Please note the 24hour Cancellation Policy. If you must cancel your appointment, all clients are asked to *call* 415.430.5813 at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee of half the scheduled session. All no-shows are charged for the full session fee.
In order for our practitioners to practice their work with integrity and so that you may receive the full benefits of session, we ask that all clients arrive on time. Any clients arriving 15min or more past their scheduled appointment time will be considered late, the appointment will be canceled and you will be assessed with half the session fee.
Pre-Paid Sessions:
Pre-Paid Sessions and/or packages are fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of making the appointment or buying the package. A credit to your account will be issued within 7 days of cancellation. After 24hours these sessions and/or packages will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate only. The general Cancellation Policy still applies, please see above.
Because we are a small business it is difficult to make exceptions to these policies. Your consideration and understanding are appreciated when making your appointments. |
